Activities:   

1. Comply with HSEQ requirements; Report and stop the deviation, near miss;

2.    Responsible for maintenance of the mechanical equipment. Ensure the implementation rate that emergency maintenance of key equipment more than 95%;

3. Ensure routine inspection of the production equipment; Coordinate the relationship between Maintenance and other departments.

4. Forklift management and maintenance, ensure quality of forklift meet the demand of the production;

5. Ensure PM completion rate 100%, Improve TPM & 5S to lay a solid foundation for lean production;

6. Complete the work of ISO9001/14001/18001 and IATF16949

7.  Responsible for management, registration, Validation of the Special equipment & Measuring equipment;

8. Set up the equipment archives, Improve the technical data;

9. Responsible for collecting the maintenance tickets monthly, statistics and analysis;

10.  Assist manager to manage the third party team, improve the management procedure of the third party.

11.  Assist manager to manage the supplier.

1. Ensure the correct maintenance operation

2. Not only the timely rate, but also the safety and quality

3. In a JV foreign investment environment, 10+ plants/Warehouses, TJ plant locates in Free Trade Zone, Tianjin City, north China

4. Knowledge of  ISO 9001/TS16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system standard

5. Committed to safe and healthy working condition and environment protection, growing on the premise of customer    focus, contributing to local development.

Accountabilities:

Work in Total Tianjin Manufacturing Co.LTD. Report to maintenance manager. Responsible for maintenance of the production equipment. Ensure the normal operation. Complete the tasks that from the manager.

Qualifications/Experience required:

1. More than 3 years working experience in maintenance

2. Mechanical, electrical, automatic control major, college graduate.

3. Extensive knowledge of  State and local laws about maintenance and measurement.
