Responsibility:

? Lead any kind of project for new product, localization and new workshop building or other.

? Define the Scope of the project

? Creation of the team, involving them in the project. Information sharing and team organize

? Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied by people in project phase.

? Plan the project schedule and point the milestone

? Communicate with related departments as needed to close the actions

? Communicate with Headquarters to request support for incidences or reporting.

? Coordinate with related project team to carry out the project across region.

? Follow up and track the project schedule to ensure all task achieve on time.

? Highlight and report the potential risk to manager and try to solve or mitigate the risk.

? Lead to review and control the expense of project to meet commitment.

Qualification Required:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical is must.

2. Mechanical system experience background will be plus

3. At least 5 years of relevant working experience is must.

4. PMI certificate or similar

5. High communication skills

6. Leader ship

7. Communicative, proactive, motivated and effective teamwork

8. Both written and Oral English is must.
