岗位职责：

1. 负责临床团队管理

2. 负责项目内人员、物资及合同管理，制定项目管理及监查计划，审核相关数据统计文件

3. 跟踪项目进度，确保临床试验过程的符合公司合规要求

4. 负责临床试验中心的筛选、CRF表设计、伦理资料准备、研究者会议组织等工作；

5. 遵照研究方案、GCP及公司SOP要求，启动、监察和结束临床试验；

6. 管理并解决研究基地发生的与研究有关的问题；

7. 负责监查临床研究质量、跟踪研究进度及临床试验工作协调等；

8. 负责完成样品发放回收、合同付款、总结报告盖章等工作；

9. 可同时负责多个方案、研究中心和治疗领域内的研究中心监查工作

10. 负责完成与临床研究有关的工作；

11. 协调和解决严重不良事件

任职要求：

1. 医学、护理或相关专业毕业，大专及以上学历；

2. 具有5年以上临床试验监查工作经验；

3. 具有较强的学习能力，能较快接受新知识，工作仔细、认真；

4. 具有较强的与人沟通能力，能协调好科室（研究者）、基地、申办者之间的关系，妥善处理有关事宜；

5. 富有团队精神；能适应经常性出差；
