主要工作内容：

• Assess existing supplier source, then combine or develop in order to inprove, make it be enough and reasonable

  评估现有供应商资源，进行整合或开发以完善，确保供应商资源的充足性与合理性

• Conduct Supplier Monthly Rating, analyze and make supplier quarterly & yearly report

  完成供应商月度考核，分析并制作供应商季度和年度分析报告

• For the suppliers with bad performance, help supplier to improve if necessary.

  对于表现较差的供应商，在必要时协助供应商进行改善

任职要求：

• College degree or the above in Mechanical or Engineering background

       机械类或工科类相关专业，大专或以上学历

• At least 3 years experience in supplier development  in C-parts and MRO.

  至少三年以上C类件或MRO方面的供应商开发或相关工作经验

• Be familiar with production process , craft , cost and quality control for C-parts and MRO.

  熟悉C类件及MRO产品的生产过程、工艺、成本及质量控制

• Have plenty of supplier sources for C-parts and MRO.

  有丰富的C类件及MRO供应商资源

• Have the  knowledge of  ISO9001 , ISO14000 or TS16949

  了解 ISO9001 , ISO14000 或TS16949体系

• Positive , aggressive ,logical , can work independently and under pressure

  工作积极主动，有很强的进取心，逻辑思维清晰以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力

• Good skill in negotiation, communication, analysis, reporting and team work

  良好的谈判、沟通、分析、汇报及团队合作能力

• Be  good at  English in speaking &  written

  良好的英语口语和写作能力

• Good skill in MS Office, ERP system (SAP)
