Job Responsibilities

• Manage promotion budget, support top line achievement,
• Design annual promotion calendar and promotion scheme, including national promotion, regional promotion, new product promotion, etc.
• Conduct promotion forecasting and tracking delivery.
• Conduct retail price polices, and provide training to retail sales team.
• Tracking and improve promotion execution, leveraging SFE and mystery shopper program.
• On time delivery of promotion POSMs, free-gifts, and etc.
• Business analysis and review;
• Study best practice and analyze competitor;
• Summarizing and consolidating monthly reports, ensure all documents prepared in a high quality and professional manner.

Job  Specifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• At least 5 years trade marketing/ sales working experience in building material/ FMCG industries.
• Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills with both internal and external groups.
• Effective time management to deal with conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.
• Business driven/result driven.
