Job Duties:
* Understanding of business and accounting practices, systems and procedures; 
* Preparation of journal entries, financial report analysis and account reconciliations; 
* Preparation of PRC or US GAAP reports, including but not limited to Financial Statements, Deferred tax, Effective Tax Rate (ETR), GLS report, etc; 
* Maintain accounting master data, include account, PV code and FSV rule etc; 
* Support interim and year end statutory audit; 
* Development and maintenance of accounting documentation, well compliance with SOX requirement; 
* Be trusted accounting advisor to business inquiries; 
* Fulfill other jobs assigned by Supervisor.

 Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of experience and formal education; 
* Minimum of 2-3 years GL accounting working experience; 
* Be familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP; 
* Quick adaptability to change; 
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good English Skills

 Preferred Qualifications: 
* Ability to produce reliable data, accurate analyses and on time to support business goals and objectives; 
* Familiar with CBS, Excel, Access etc.; 
* Accounting certification, e.g. CPA, CMA etc.
