RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Execute new product launch following NPL excellence
? Develop and execute promotional plan to support sales growth and sales target achievement
? Develop and manage sales tools, collateral materials, scientific publications, trade exhibits, and web content
? Actively gather competitive intelligence to maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape inside the organization
? Work closely with Marcom to drive marketing programs to generate new sales leads and ensure the brand is promoted through multiple channels
? Provide regular product marketing training or market intelligence updates to the sales teams and business partners
? Work with sales and sales operation team to ensure proper demand and supply forecast 
REQUIREMENTS:

? Master Degree or above in a medical devices company
? Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experiences, preferably in IVD, Medical Device, or Life Science industry.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluent in Mandarin and English
? Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
