Job Responsibilities :

Take lead to overall manage the administrations throughout all China Offices

Support and coordinate all documentations ,licenses & certifications application for companies or upon business requests .

Support and coordinate set up of new offices for new offices (Rental ,office interior decoration, furniture, stationeries...)

Manage and prepare all administrative support during new hire on-boarding activities

Support Visa and travel reservations for the employees or visitors to Head Office

Purchase and keep inventory for all office supplies and consumables

Manage the Admin suppliers within the scale of China Offices, centralize the suppliers of all offices in HQ

Help to prepare admin expense reports, monitor the payment or contract proceeding without overdue conditions

Prepare/Announce routines admin correspondences/notice to employees

Support meetings and organize large meeting/events and employees’ activities

Manage and support to implement admin management rules and policies in China (Travel policies, office management policies ,etc.)

Provide secretarial assistance to CEO office as assigned

Assist in other assignments

 

Requirements :

2+ years’ administration working experience, with bachelor education background

Proficient in both Chinese and English , excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio ,etc.

Good ability of communication, execution, have strong team work spirit and detail oriented

Responsible, proactive, self –motivated with strong service attitude, high energy and passion to work

Highly organized ,ability to prioritize and respect deadlines; Pleasant manner and personality
