Responsibility（岗位职责）
I产品规划：
1、 参与制定并执行所负责品牌下的产品线规划
I产品上市：
2、 负责执行对所负责的品牌下新产品上市策略。
3、 制定并落实所负责品牌下，新产品发布，新产品上市计划及其相关工作，保证新产品上市目标达成。
4、 参与并支持现有产品在新市场或新客户的推广计划，支持市场拓展目标实现。
II定价管理:
5、 制定所负责的品牌下，产品线的标准价格和建议零售价
6、 监控销售行为，确保价格政策的落实
III销售支持：
7、 负责组织市场、销售人员的产品培训，帮助提高产品销售成功率
8、 负责指导和协助销售部门开发现有市场，提升特定产品销量，提高产品市场占有率
IV产品生命周期
9、 提出产品退出的建议和方案,并组织监控实施。
10、 负责制定所负责品牌下，产品线的年度销量预期，为规划生产能力提供依据。
Requirements（任职资格）
1. Education background（教育背景）： 本科或同等学历
2. Required experiences within company (岗位经历)： 家电或类似行业产品经理，市场经理
3. Knowledge requirement（知识要求）：
4. CET-6以上，良好的英语口头表达能力，英语听、说、读、写能力强；
5. 机械/工程背景，
6. 对市场有一定的敏锐度和市场洞察力；
7. 有丰富的产品系列规划，上市推广及相关管理经验；
8. 有较强的项目管理、控制能力；
9. 具有良好的沟通，协调和团队协作能力；
