Main tasks:

Responsible for all logistics management as: Material management through entire process include procurement, customer services, production planning, shipping and customs etc. to meet global Casco requirement efficiently

Contacts and communications

Internal communicate with Production, Purchasing, Quality etc. external communicate with customers/suppliers and peer colleagues in Global Casco.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for optimizing the administration of logistics management functions.

2. Order receipt and management with BOM management

3. Material procurement ( call off)

4. Production preparing/scheduling (in conjunction with Production Manager)

5. Material management through company

6. Warehouse/inventory control

7. Shipping management include import and export requirements/documentation

8. Responsible for co-coordinating with Customers/suppliers/other Casco inter-company facilities

9. Implementation of Ford specific MP&L requirements.

Professional background

1. Minimum 8years of working experience in same position in foreign manufacturing company in automotive/electro-mechanical industry is preferred

2. Bachelor degree or above

3. Management experiences, familiar with ERP system is must.

4. General to be familiar with MP&L and AIAG MMOG requirements, including DDL, EDI applications, as well as other customer specific requirements.

5. Familiar with relevant material (metal /electrical and plastic) production process

6. Automotive logistics management experience is a plus

7. Fluent oral and writing English

2. In the organization a team player with good communication skills as well as excellent planning problem-solved skill and following up skill. Good overview of many tasks at the same time
