Responsibilities:
1. Lead electrical engineering R&D team for development of analog, digital and high-power applications in Consumer Electronics products and meet overall Product Program Development objectives.
2. Design and development of complicated electronic circuits and devices
3. Ensure proper human and equipment resource meet project/product requirements
4. Ensure proper design and documentation outputs meet the project/product requirements
5. Setup standard and procedure to guide EE-R&D team design activity from product requirement definition towards mass production.
6. Work closely with sourcing team for supplier/manufacturer selection to meet cost, time & technical requirements
7. Demonstrate ingenuity in device analysis, technical investigations and documentation of findings / conclusions
Requirements:
1. University degree in Technical in Electronic Engineering, Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering or Project Management will be considered a plus.
2. Demonstrates experience (5-7+ years) of increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization operating in the manufacturing goods, preferably for the consumer mass market
3. Experience in a Hi-end Electronic manufacturing or design industry
4. Good command of English
5. Excellent knowledge of the hardware and firmware design of electronic board using microprocessors, sensors, and standard peripherals such as LCD, USB, Bluetooth, and Motors.
6. Excellent knowledge of any Circuit design Software and techniques
7. Good knowledge in the digital and analog electronics design is a Mandatory
8. Knowledge in the plastic+ circuit assembly problematic is a Plus
