Major Responsibilities:

1. Build up competitive supplier base and develop the commodity purchasing strategy. Commodities including indirect materials, MRO, equipment, service, etc.

2. Lead the activities of commodity sourcing projects from supplier selection, commercial negotiation, contract, parts delivery, trouble shooting and supplier performance management

3. Initiate cost reduction projects to achieve business targets

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in engineering, business or related discipline.

2. 5+ years of related working experiences in machinery manufacturing, automobile or electronic filed, including at least 3 years of management experience and equivalent combination of education and experience.

3. Good understanding of China indirect materials prices and availability

4. Good knowledge of China supply base for those stated commodities

5. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must for the position.
