This position has the overall responsibility for domestic distribution activities.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Identify and solve issues in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

• Manage existing and new carriers to fulfill service and financial objectives.

• Understand the customer by being aware of the different requirements.

• Schedule pickups and deliveries with transport companies & customers as required.

• Key in or encode customer orders, product movements and general warehouse management system operations.

          

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have at least 3 years of experience in contract logistics, and hands on exposure to data analysis and transportation management. You are a problem solver, think outside the box and have a good sense for business growth.
