Main Responsibilities

Consolidate the resources and lead the whole team to support Chinese partner located in Danyang and Rx entities in China including Luxottica Tristar 

Scout local innovations and suppliers, report interesting ones to GE Worldwide 

Liaise with GE China and GE Worldwide (technical domain leaders) to ensure alignement of Worldwide strategy and local needs 

Align the strategy and cooperate with CIT China (R&D and Sourcing) 

Identify priorities of the Chinese entities, organize delivery

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering, 

Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with solid leadership track record 

Proficiency in both Written and Verbal English 

Build efficient technical organization: recruit, grow people, build structures 

Capacity to drive and manage change 

Strategic thinking, strong leadership 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 

Curiosity 

Good decision making skill, Autonomy 

Business sense, strong ability to liaise technical topics to business stakes
