工作职责：

•     参与撰写竞标提案，进行投标相关工作的组织和准备；
•     参与拟定项目进度计划表，参加项目各阶段会议并及时整理发送会议纪要；
•     负责组织项目内部讨论会议，协助副经理搭建报告框架并承担报告的部分撰写。

职位要求：

•     3年以上从事房地产顾问或者开发的工作经验。
•     优秀的报告撰写和报告演讲能力，熟练使用各类办公软件，并熟悉常用工程软件（CAD,SU等）的基本操作；
•     流利的普通话口头表达能力，具备优秀的英文听说读写能力；
•     具有良好的分析，决策及方案编撰能力；
•     具备一定的抗压能力，可以接受出差。
