熟悉技术管理、质量标准、工艺规范等方面有关内容；
较强的英语口语及书写能力；
善于沟通、协调；
有创新意识、适应变革；
熟练应用OFFICE、SAP等软件：
良好的团队合作能力。
优秀应届生也可。
职责：1. 参与或负责新产品的引进计划的确定，实施，过程控制；
2. 负责分管的产品部件KA处理、工艺制定及日常生产维护，包括SAP/NOTES等数据库的处理工作；
3. 参与产品相关的国产化、供应商评定、核定价格等；
4. 参与或负责相关工作小组的任务确定、制定计划、实施及跟踪反馈。
5. 实施质量会议、生产会议、各种反馈的技术处理和改进行动；
6. 负责分管的产品部件的非标设计。
