The position will be leading project management activities with internal/external resources and customer in NPI phase achieving good control on ramp time, quality and cost. He/She will pursue projects with BD mangers in ESI; and work closely with site GM/OM to successfully transfer project into mass production during MP phase

1、KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• Lead on project management for Key Account (state customer name/s) and etc.;

  ?  Maintain communication with customer for obtaining project specification and requirement. Obtain forecast     information from BD for capacity planning

  ?  Ensure RFQ, DFM, FMEA, capacity planning, budget and capital expenditure requirement are done as required

  ?     Build accurate BOM & Routing during NPI stage and ensure good maintenance

  ?     Ensure project timeline and quality is met according to customer requirement.

  ?     Respond and act promptly to changes from customer on delivery and forecast

  ?     Organize and form project team from relevant functional departments

  ?     Introduce the project through project initialization meeting (PIM) to Operation

  ?     Work closely with BD Manger and site GM/OM to report project status according to defined frequency

  ?     Set project expectation and measure performance of team members and subordinates

  ?     Lead and chair problem solving meeting to resolve project issues

  ?     Escalate to management whenever there is high risk affecting project execution

  ?     Establish and maintain team strength through proper staffing

                          

•       Build strong teamwork through communication, motivation and development of team members

  ?     Seek continuous improvement and cost saving ideas/opportunities
