岗位职责：

1. Develop and increase MRO sales with Sales Team与销售部门共同开发及提高MRO销售额
2. Promote Würth MRO product range and system solutions by customer visit拜访客户，推广伍尔特MRO产品线及系统解决方案
3. Provide technical MRO product service to customer 向客户提供MRO产品技术服务
4. Extend product know-how in new range 扩大新品类的产品知识
5. Develop new local supplier with other departments 与其他部门共同开发新供应商
6. MRO product training MRO产品培训
7. Other projects or tasks assigned by company公司分派的其他项目及任务

任职要求：

1. Junior college degree or above 大专学历或以上
2. Sales experience 3-5 years / 3~5年的销售经验
3. Technical and application knowledge about MRO products, market experience in MRO business, preferred in tools and PPE / 具备MRO产品及应用知识，熟悉市场。有工具及PPE产品经验优先
4. Good communication and coordination skills良好的沟通与协调能力
5. Self-motivation skills 自我激励
6. Willing to learn and have the ability and skill to learn in short time 愿意学习新知识，具备快速学习的能力及技能
7. Team working spirit 团队意识合作精神
8. Good English oral and written skills 良好的英语口语和写作能力
