Support Engineer Role:
Provides technical support service for corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, electronic service and in person regarding finding solutions for technical issue.
Job Description:
Support Engineers earn customer loyalty by collaboratively solving highly complex and critical customer problems, providing proactive advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements, and creating self-help assets to broadly reach more customers.
Job Title: Azure Subscription Management Support Engineer
Job Content: Provide technical trouble-shooting service to customers via telephone.
Qualification:
? BS (or above) Degree in business administration or computer science related degree
? Spoken and written English and Mandarin, English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC test score 650 will be a plus
? Good initiative, motivation, communication skills and good team member
? Self-driven, aggressive and out-going
SOFT SKILLS/Ability
? Leadership - handle challenging customer situations, including the appropriate use of all available resources, communicate effectively with Support teams on complex issues
? Strong communication skills – Fluent in spoken and written English
? Excellent demonstrated customer service skills,
? Effective, polished interaction with customer to define issue scope; gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status and conclude the service provided to customers
? Cross-team collaboration
? Logical and Critical thinking
? Passion for technology and customer support
? Understanding of cloud and on-premise computing.
? Familiarity with fundamentals of cloud computing.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/Ability
? Technical understanding of commerce platform concepts and procedures including online services, Order to Cash operations and general billing and commerce systems processes (e.g., invoicing, credit card transactions).
? Technical aptitude sufficient to develop an understanding of the Azure Platform, architecture and services.
EXPERIENCE
? 1 years of support or equivalent experience including a customer facing or customer support role a skilled at interacting with customers
