1.Provide guidance and assistance in curriculum product design;

2.Create the curriculum product bundle for vipJr material team (reports, homework system, assessment system, HTML5 template, learning path);

3.Conduct market analysis and competitor products’ analysis;

4.Implement the back-end R&D knowledge/Big Data Techniques/Gamification into the practical achievement of curriculum product;

5.Analyze on the curriculum product of vipJr and collaborate with Lab Director to come up with improvement plans from product’s perspective;

6.Use data to support design plans and improvement plans;

7.Create SOP and workflow for curriculum team

8.Lead design involved projects and implement with client’s request and educational perspective

任职要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, education related majors and overseas degrees preferred;

2.Online English product design experience and at least 3 years of online curriculum development experience;

3.Experience with PPT animation and HTML5 template based curriculum product;

4.Experience of being PMO and multi-department task assignments/track;

5.Experience of cooperation with R&D, UI/UX, Marketing, Sales, Customer Protection, Law, Internal Control;

6.Familiar with SOP and visio/axure flow diagram creation;

7.Had successful experience of launched online curriculum product;

8.Had connections with resources of music/video creation company, voice talent;

9.Had experiences cooperating with major publishers.
