职位描述

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage and monitor the entire assignment process from business leads development to candidate assessment and follow-up for closing and return projects.

    从项目开展、到评估及跟进候选人，顾问必须负责管理及监督项目全程进展情况

  2. Be partnered with clients to develop their people strategy in order to keep up with business growth and also to execute effective recruitment activities with competitive HR solutions.

    从客户端收集、分析招聘需求的详细信息并实施有效的招聘行动

  3. Utilize and optimize all possible searching resources and channels to contact potential candidates, such as cold-calling, company database, websites and networking 利用各种管道及资源，搜集并联系潜在候选人，包括陌生电话拜访、公司资料库、网络、以及人际网络等等

  4. Update and maintain the information of candidates and market to present a full talent mapping report 更新维护候选人及人才市场的信息，完成行业人才报告

  5. Be responsible for full process of candidate and client management with update reporting including interview assessment, client feedbacks, reference check, offer negotiation and on-boarding process follow-ups.

    负责候选人及客户管理及相关进度报告，包括：评估报告、客户反馈、背景调查、薪资谈判、及报到后追踪

  6. Support business development to establish and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

    协助市场拓展，与候选人及客户建立并维系良好的合作关系

  7. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) include effectiveness of candidate and client management and annual target achievement.

    绩效衡量指标包管理候选人及客户的效率，以及年度业绩达成率

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. University and above (open for all majors) 统招大学及以上学历 (科系不拘)

  2. 3 years and above related experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Executive Search is preferred 3年以上人力资源、招聘、人才搜索相关工作经验优先

  3. English proficiency英文书写及口语良好

  4. 360-degree consultant ideally 360顾问优先

  5. Focusing on Consumer/Retail 具有零售、消费品行业经验者优先

  6. Excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word 熟练各种基本电脑文书处理功能
