RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  

• Handle withholding tax (i.e. withholding VAT, income tax and surcharge) including

  

• contract registration with tax bureau and assessment of withholding income tax rate based on contract service nature;

• withholding tax calculation and tax return filing

    

• SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) reporting, including transactional registration, monthly report and annual filing

• Cross border payment for trade and non-trade transactions

• Prepare monthly payment plan and short term cashflow forecast for surplus cash investment decision e.g. 7-day call deposit or periodic fixed deposit etc.

• Examine indirect AP supporting documents, including rents, admin expenses, services charges, etc.

• Handle related bank operation (such as create/close bank account for standalone shops, etc.)

• Review employee reimbursement and check their supporting documents and appropriate approvals

• Process daily payments according to company procedure

• Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information timely and accurately;

• Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

   

  REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

                      

1. Education：college degree or above

   2）    Experience：Minimum 3 years working experience;

    

1. Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

   Sufficient accounting booking knowledge；Frequent user of office software;  SAP user is preferred

2. Language Skill:

   Proficiency in English is preferred
