职位描述
岗位职责:
1、通过直播平台,讲解公司服装,并与粉丝进行互动销售;
2、维护直播频道秩序,活跃频道气氛,直播过程中会展示产品特性;
3、能根据直播气氛与用户互动、即兴发挥,调动粉丝,促成销售;
4、结合运营计划,执行直播相关的营销方案,提高客户购买量;
任职要求:
1、年龄18-35岁;(有各大平台直播经验、自带粉丝量)
2、形象好,气质佳,镜头感好,表达能力优秀,口齿清楚;
3、热情活泼、镜头感强、心态积极向上,自我调节能力佳,喜欢与人互动交流,善于调动气氛;
4、高额提成,优秀者可发展为企业合伙人。
5、喜欢追踪各大品牌的资讯,时尚风向标触感灵敏。
