视觉设计师（运营方向）

岗位职责

1.负责公司移动产品及自媒体平台等相关运营设计工作。

2.与产品、策划配合，沟通、分析、归纳运营设计需求。

3.负责明确运营项目的设计风格，并提供设计解决方案；对运营设计实现过程进行把控和协调，有效推动设计直至上线。

4.熟知运营设计版权规则，具有较强版权意识，对所交付的设计稿版权问题负责。

5.参与完善并不断优化运营设计流程；制定运营设计模版，提高运营设计的质量和输出效率。

6.关注营销活动效果、数据和用户反馈，擅长增长类设计者加分。

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，视觉传达、广告、影视动画等艺术设计类相关专业；3年以上运营设计工作经验优先。

2.具备良好的设计表现能力及审美，能驾驭多种设计风格；对设计趋势有敏锐的设计触觉及深入研究。

3.具备良好的理解、沟通与协调能力及一定的团队统配管理潜力；能够在复杂的约束条件下找到平衡或创新的方法。

4.有一定的职责担当及抗压能力。

5.必须提交作品集（相关作品附件或链接）
