The Quality team is dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Business Function Quality & Operations Business and Quality Business Line (BL) based in Beijing.

You will be at the heart of driving a quality culture within Quality Business Line (BL) / Business Function Quality & Operations Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. You will be responsible for quality control of production materials related to high voltage power equipment.

? Analyze and deal with non-conformance materials, conduct in-depth technical clarification with suppliers, and follow up to verify the improvement effect of suppliers.
? Participate in supplier quality improvement project.
? Adjust the sampling proportion, based on material production process, and supplier performance so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of incoming inspection
? Instruct inspectors to carry out first sample inspection and routine inspection, improve inspection methods and means.
? Organize and participate in supplier site inspection and witness test.
? Participate in supplier process audit, verify the improvement of major problems happened, and point out potential risks in supplier production.

? Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Mechanical Automation or related majors from regular Universities.
? 5+ years of working experience in large and medium Power Equipment Industry or Machinery Manufacturing Industry, including 3 years of working experience in Process or Quality Control.
? Expertise with SAP is preferred.
? Familiar with various Mechanical Manufacturing processes, including casting, machining, heat treatment processing, welding, etc.
? Familiar with relevant international and domestic standards.
? Holder of six sigma green belt or black belt certification is preferred.
? Knowledge of power products is preferred.
? Good communication & cooperation ability & problem-solving ability.
? Proficient in MS office software.
? Good at English language.
