Role purpose

·Provide professional product and sales skill training to distributors

·Handle product complaint/Crisis

·Analyse new user recruitment data to find insights

·Assist CRM Manager to design and execute loyalty programme to improve re-purchase%

Role accountabilities

CRM member communication

·Communicate with CRM members via WeChat, phone, SMS, to activate members and improve brand referral

Assist CRM Manager to design loyalty programme

·Assist CRM Manager to design and optimize Member Rights and Policy

·Design loyalty programme to improve re-purchase%

Collect training needs and design training deck

·Collect Training needs from 400 vender, ECTP, distributors and retail stores etc.

·Design different “training pack” for different training targets

·Design training deck, like product information, competitor analysis, pregnancy knowledge, baby-caring knowledge, SR sales skill, T3 skill etc.

·Design different training deck version, like PPT, Video etc.

·Collect escalation inquiry from all channels and work with other department to provide response script

·Update all training deck regularly

Provide Training

·Provide professional training to teams

·Track training effect

·Coach trainer

·Handle escalated product complaint and coach sales/SR to handle basic complaint

Data management and analysis

·Collect and analyse member data to describe member profile

·Collect and sort retail store and sales information

·Collect and analyse offline activities to find insights

Qualification and experience

Education

?Bachelor degree

?Good spoken and written English

Experience

?Min. 5 years of CRM or Training experience

?Being familiar with infant formula industry

?Proven track of sales skill training

?Complaint handling skill

?Nutritionist is preferred

Technical/Functional Expertise

?Good presentation skill

?Curious and pro-active attitude

?Good communications & follow-up skills

?Excellent attention to detail

?Pragmatic and result oriented    

Industry Experience

?Baby/food industry
