WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

  • Handle issues related to compensation and benefits (Monthly Payroll, analyse compensation surveys salary annual adjustment, Performance Development Appraisal and benefits projects)
  • 负责公司薪酬福利模块相关事宜,如月度薪资核算,参与薪酬调查及收集内部和外部薪资数据进行分析,年度绩效考评,制定绩效考核方案,年度调薪,及福利相关项目
  • Timely complete monthly payroll reports,HR analysis reports, headcount reports, labor cost and budget analysis report and so on; And obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets. Collect data about company’s Compensation and Benefit policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions
  • 按时完成月度工资报表,人力资源分析报表,人员信息报表,离职率分析,人工成本及预算报表等;开展其它分析, 为管理层作出公司薪酬福利项目决策提供依据
  • Responsible for processing employee information and maintaining employee records on HRIS. Oversees maintenance and processing of employee records by conducting audits to ensure validity and integrity of the HRIS data. Analyzes system requirements by identifying and implementing changes/upgrades to the existing system to support the organization's human resource programs/services
  • 负责处理员工的信息和维护HRIS里的员工记录。通过按时清理、监督对人员记录信息的维护和处理,以此保证HRIS数据的完整性和准确性。分析系统需求,确定和应用对现有系统的修改和升级,本地系统与总部系统的对接,以此支持组织人力资源的运作和服务
  • Assist Supervisor to handle ad hoc issues
  • 按时完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务


WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT:

  • You are amazing at managing multiple project in a fast paced environment. You take a proactive approach in problem solving and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You have a strategic and creative mind, and are can bring new ideas to the table. You are a great team player, while also have strong self-leadership skills. You get things done.
  • 3-4 year of human resource management experience,incl. 3 year C&B management experience; MNC company’s C&B or HRIS system project experience is preferred
  • 3-4年人力资源工作经验,3年薪酬绩效相关工作经验;HRIS系统有外资公司薪酬绩效及做过HRIS系统项目工作经验优先
  • Proficient with MS office software, Excellent command of Excel skill
  • 熟练使用OFFICE软件,精通掌握Excel操作技能及相关函数公式
  • Good data analysis skills
  • 良好的数据处理及分析能力
  • Good communication skills
  • 良好的沟通能力
  • Fast learning skill
  • 快速学习的能力
  • Fluent in English
  • 英语流利
  • Familiar with HR knowledge and labor law
  • 熟悉人力资源及劳动法
