1. Responsible for checking monthly payroll and conducting payroll reconciliation. Keep good communication with payroll system vendor;

2. Responsible for income tax reporting, coordinate with finance depart to conduct cost report based upon monthly payroll; 

3. Assist in C&B standardization in compliance with company policy and government; 

4. Responsible for monthly report preparation and monthly report consolidation; 

5. Participate in monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and other compensation related programs; 

6. Responsible for employees’ social benefits affairs; 

7. Assist manager to conduct routine management; 

8. Provide support on C&B projects where necessary;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by manager. 

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance, Human Resource is preferred ;

2. 1 years in payroll function is a must. Manufacturing experience is also a must;

3. Own analytical ability, data sensitive;

4. Process and compliance mindset is a must;

5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

6. Good at MS office applications, esp. Excel;

7. Mature, independent and proactive, confident;

8. Problem solving, hard-working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure;

9. Good English language, both verbal and written skills.
