职位描述
Job Responsibilities
?Manage the integrated business strategy to enhacne industrial brand awareness, perference and loyalty with brand experience and value proposition on customers' pain points, including CVP development, CRM, social media, vertical channel penetration,etc.
?Plan and implement industrial marketing strategy and tactics, for instance, key message development, advertising campaign, social media, literature and marketing tools
?Drive marketing intelligence building with marketing trend, segment growth overview, area-base key sectors, competition analysis, value chain proposition and winning offer to ensure hyper growth of Chevron industrial brand business
?Develop channel execution plan, both traditional and digital innovation programs, for instance, seasonal promotion, CRM campaigns, creative projects and continuous optimization process to ensure smooth operation
?Identify and manage industrial product line with Chevron core value image and build digital solutions and communications to frontline market
?Leading support north region industrial segment and channel distributors, including seminar organization, expo engagement, construction distributor deep-dive, QBR, workshop engagement, PoP draft and other segments approach; keep focus on mining, construction, power, gas turbine and gas engine sectors
?Set performance marketing objectives including KPIs reporting and reviews ROI; prepares monthly marketing performance reports
?Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

?市场洞察信息调研,如市场发展趋势,行业发展潜力,竞争环境分析,价值链梳理及市场解决方案的跟进制定
?确认并引进工业润滑油产品线,并制定线上推广方案及市场沟通
?重点支持北区工业润滑油行业及渠道经销商发展,包括行业研讨会,展会,工程机械行业渗透,季度业绩回顾,渠道管理,业绩证明。其中,矿山、工程机械、电力及燃气发电等重点行业
?设计市场发展目标及考核标准,每月向部门主管回报业绩表现及弥补计划
?其他部分分配工作
Job Requirements
?Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration;
?At least 5 years’ marketing experience with minimum 3 years industrial or B2B marketing experience
?Has extensive experience in managing or working with advertising or digital agencies
?Must have strong business acumen and negotiation skills
?Possess analytical prowess and ability to leverage innovation skills
?Deep understanding of the Chinese industrial and insights on customer purchasing behavior journey
?Techincal or product management experience is preferred
