Position: Contract Management Supervisor
Report to: Internal sales service manager
Department: Internal sales service
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising sales contracts after they are signed, tracking the projects as they progress towards completion, acting as a link between Sales and Operations/Engineering, making sure that communication flows between the Company and the customer/sales as necessary, tracking project progress, and tracking when customers are actually going to pick up completed products.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree,major is related in project management ; Enginnering background is a plus;
2. Above 5 years management experience,3 years related work experience;
3. above CET-4;MUST be able to read and write in English, fluent in oral English is preffered.
4. Knowledge and experience with SAP is required.
5. The candidate MUST be very reliable and responsible, and not someone to try to deflect responsibility and put blame on others.
6. Perfect ability in communication and coordination.
