职位描述
1, should be familiar with latest Oracle versions from 8i-10g
2, 11G would be good to have，
3, creating Databases, applying Oracle patches, Performance tuning activities etc
4, RMAN backup and recovery
5, Uer managerment backup and recovery (no RMAN)
6, coordination skill between customer ,infrastructure vendors etc
7, Familiar with high availability concepts like Dataguard
8, maintaining good relationship with application teams
9, should have good communication skills
10, Familiar with change management processes
11, Should have worked in various Unix flavors and windows OS
12, should be familiar with shell scripting to automate routine dababase activities
13, should be familiar with DR activities and data refresh activities
14, RAC nice to have
15, should be able to provide Root cause analysis documents
16, should be familiar with opening SR with Oracle as need
