Job Description Summary:

? You represent Philips Lighting towards the regional or global account and internally represent the key account

? You have in-depth understanding of the customer strategy and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Philips Lighting as well as operationally managing the execution.

? Your goal is to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips Lighting.

 

Job Description:

1. Account team creation – build up a proper functioning Account Team, via the coordination of the multiple disciplines directly involved with the DMU (decision-making-unit) of the customer. This is done through formulation of account management strategy, proper information sharing, assessing customer performance and tracking of the progress on key activities at customers.

 

2. Account team executions – organizing an excellent IKAM team in End2End organization of Business DPL to enhance team-works across the functions and coaching team members being engaged in winning a new design-in and a contract for large volume business deal.

 

3. Account relationship & partnership management – act as customer’s prime contact for UHP and HLD LED products and manage the relationship with the customer at global level through monitoring and facilitating operational activities on the customer that are related to other functions and disciplines i.e. design-in, quality, and finance/credit) Open the door at higher level of management at the customer.  

 

4. Business management  – responsible for achieving targets set by Business DPL where optimizing the available resources. Being an owner of business with all the G. China accounts in both the financial and non-financial.

 

5. Business planning – provide sales planning and update demand forecast. Team-up with a business analyst (commercial controller) to steer business in G. China towards the realization of the targets.

 

6. Business development – drive penetration activities towards new applications such as screenless TV to generate extra sales revenue through HLD LED. 

 

Required profiles:

-  Experienced in B2B business with complex value chain.

-  Experienced to manage a team, including nationality of Taiwan and China, optionally of Korea and Japan.

-  Ambitious to grow, eager to learn from others and aggressive to win.

-  Chinese (Mandarin) speaking. 

-  Asian nationality, preferable Taiwan and China.
