1, Customer service 客户服务
Keep close contact with customers and keep sharp to any customer demand.
与客户保持密切联系并对及时跟进客户需求。
Follow the customer’s instruction and receive documents then distribute to internal parties or external vendors.
接受客户指令及文件并转至内部其他部门或分供方处理。
Coordinate every party to meet the commitment to the customer.
协调各协作方以达到对客户的承诺。

2, Booking 订舱
Responsible for place booking on related carriers, which include ocean carrier, railway carrier, the first leg carrier and the second leg carrier depending on the transportation solution.
根据运输方案之不同，负责箱向承运人订舱，包括船公司、铁路公司、头程承运人及后程承运人。
Trace the cargo movement till well delivered to the end client.
跟踪货物运输全过程直至货物交付给收货人。

3, network communication 业务网络内的沟通
Communicate with domestic and abroad agent, branch and partner for sales lead, routine order and transshipment.
与国内外代理、国内外分支机构、国内外合作伙伴就销售意向、指定货及中转事宜进行联络。
Quick reply to agent and partner with best solution.
及时给代理或合作方提供***解决方案。
Send clear and right instruction to agent for sales and operation.
就销售及操作事宜给代理发出清楚正确的指令。

4, Report and control 汇报及控制
Prepare all kinds of report to partner, agent, principal, customer and supervisor.
为合作方、代理、委托方、客户及主管提供各种报告。
Assess the business performance upon these reports.
基于以上报告评估业务绩效。
Take control measures following the result disclosed by these reports.
根据这些报告中显示的运营结果采取相应的控制措施。

5, Freight & charge settlement 运杂费结算
Settle the freight & charge with customers or vendors.
与客户及分供方结算运费及杂费。
Ensure settlement compliance with contract.
确保结算与合同条款相符合。

6, Container management 集装箱管理
Control the container gate in and gate out in every depot.
控制集装箱在各个堆场的进场与出场。
Issue order for the container released to the customer.
给客户签发提箱单。
Inventory control and report
盘存控制及报告。
Container reposition among different locations.
在各地之间进行集装箱调度。
Container repairing.
集装箱维修。
Operation of one way free use.
操作单程出租集装箱。
Container leasing and manufacturing.
集装箱租赁及订造。
Container on hire and off hire.
集装箱起租及退租操作。
Charge and freight settlement relating to container operation.
集装箱操作相关的运杂费结算。

Qualification required: 资质要求
1, College education.
高等教育。

2, Can read and write in English and better if a good speaker.
能读写英文。如口语好更佳。

3, Skilled with MS office.
熟练运用MS Office

4, Over 2 years working experience but preferred if ever in shipping, forwarding or railway sector.
2年以上工作经验。如有海运、货代、铁路行业工作经历更佳。

5, Have the basic knowledge about container, B/L, booking, schedule, customs clearance, agent, depot, terminal, rail station, trucking, freight and charge.
对集装箱、提单、船期、清关、代理、堆场、码头、车站、陆运、运费及杂费有基本认识。

6, Active, positive and aggressive on any assignment and can follow customers’ demand quickly.
积极主动接受工作安排并能迅速跟进客户需求。
