职位名称：总务高级专员（Branch Sr. GS Sepcialist）

 

职务摘要：根据公司发展战略及相关合规、流程，做好物资采购、供应、帐务结算和资产管理等，为公司发展、日常运行提供有力的保障。

 

岗位职责：

1.    负责分公司及滨海各渠道活动、酒店等项目采购差旅（机票结算、酒店预定）管理

2.    负责分公司年度预算编制及费用管控

3.    公文收发流转，公文催办及公文归档工作，确保收发文及时

4.    负责分公司仓库的管理，做好各类物品的进库、出库的有序管理，做到帐务清晰、帐实相符。并根据各类物品库存记录，提示相关部门及时申请采购。

5.    负责固定资产的管理、登记、盘点和固定资产报损报告等工作，做到帐实相符。

6.    负责合同管理工作，确保所有已签订合同按时归档，对于到期合同及时提醒；

7.    按照公司制度负责证照管理及工商年检

8.    负责按照财务预算和BCS系统要求，进行相关帐务的结算支付和其它后续工作。

9.    负责前台事务管理

10.   负责天津分公司营服相关运营事宜

11.  协助处理分公司地产项目

12.   完成上级交办的其他事项

任职资格：

1.    具有大本以上学历，35岁以下；

2.    熟悉物品采购和资产管理的相关行政管理经验；具备预算及费用管理经验，有项目管理经验的优先考虑；

3.    熟练使用Office办公软件完成日常工作，精通Excel者优先；

4.    具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

5.    主动了解内外部客户需求与期望，并积极主动地帮助内外部客户解决问题，提供优质服务；

6.    确保职业规范的遵循和道德、合规行为；

7.    自驱力强，具有吃苦耐劳的精神。
