岗位职责：

1. To provide the company with a high level of intelligence for his/her region.
a) By constantly gathering, analyzing and updating information relating to his/her region related to Facilities Management and Property Management for Sodexo and Luyuan.
b) By identifying the strengths and weaknesses of Sodexo and competitors on his/her segment.
c) By identifying the specific areas of lack of knowledge of the market, especially on a level of Property Management, and taking action to remedy, in conjunction with the BDD.
2. To elaborate a Development strategy for his/her region.
a) By defining the targets, setting the priorities and designing a Marketing and Sales Operational Plan (MSOP) for his/her segment.
b) By participating to the promotion of the image of Sodexo on his/her market, in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
3. To ensure the implementation of the MSOP for his/her region:
a) By negotiating, within Sodexo’s regulatory framework, to ensure the win of new contracts.
b) By performing at or beyond objective level in relation to the signing of new business contracts, according to market movements.
c) By identifying the expectations of the prospects, assessing client infrastructure and designing commercial proposals specific to the prospect including pricing.
d) By analyzing the decision of the prospect on each proposal made, to ensure the relevant information is extracted.
4. To ensure quality internal communication on his/her activity, including any new contracts:
a) By promptly advising the BDD on any new projects being followed.
b) By developing a strong working relationship with other departments and divisions within Sodexo Greater China.
c) By liaising with HR to ensure accurate labor rates are being applied in proposal.
d) By communicating with and assisting the Operations team with new contracts.
e) By preparing fully detailed “opening advice” forms and ensuring a signed contract is obtained from the client prior to opening the site.
f) By monitoring performance of any new business for the first three months to ensure client satisfaction and budgeted financial objectives are met.
g) By maintaining accurate expense records, in line with company policy.
5. To develop and share knowledge
a) By assisting in ensuring that the bid library is kept up to date.
b) By contributing to develop our FM knowledge database.
c) By reporting back to the NBDD relevant information concerning client and competition after the closing of a sales opportunity.

任职要求：

Past experience
Engineering degree preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
Minimum professional experience of 5 years.
Successful record with an organization developing or delivering complex or integrated solution offerings related to Facility Management and Property Management.
An existing network of high level relationships in commercial and industrial buildings.
Proven ability to establish “C level’ relationships, generate initiatives for large high value Clients and account management experience.
Operational experience in technical maintenance to support solutions development in a practical way.
Skills in Customer Relationship management.
Skilled people manager, leader and trainer would be an advantage.
Personal qualities
Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
The ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a large and diverse client base.
Ability to prioritize and delegate in a resource constrained environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
Extremely high energy and stamina to perform consistently and at a high level in a very demanding environment.
Tolerance to travel pressures in his/her region.
A strong team player mindset.
