职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责维护华北区现有招聘渠道，每月进行拜访，确保密切的合作关系；
2、负责开发所有有潜力的外地招聘渠道，进行谈判确定可合作性；
3、负责新开项目的一线员工招聘，及关项目一线员工的安置；
4、评估、整理现有渠道的合作质量。
5、定期与部门负责人沟通,了解其人员的需求情况,协调渠道及时补充。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、沟通能力较强；
3、能够承受招聘压力，吃苦耐劳。
4、主要负责一线员工招聘，有一定的招聘经验为佳；
5、有服务型企业或职介工作经验为佳。
6、要求英语书写能力良好。
