职位描述
Job Purpose
Acting as a team member of operation controllers and financial analyst, the Operation Controller has to support the achievements of the financial and operational objectives of the Business Unit and participate to the definition of the strategy and budgets. He/She is the interface with the Central & Regional Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Purchasing teams under the supervision of BU FP & A Manager. He/She relays good financial practices at site level and ensures that the same processes/tools are in place all over the sites of FM, complying with Company Best Practices and Guidelines/Procedures.
作为营运控制团队的一员，营运控制员需要协助完成事业部财务和营运目标并且参与制订战略和预算。他/她在财务计划分析经理的领导下作为与中国区、各大区财务、会计部门，人力资源部门以及采购部门的沟通桥梁。在公司的政策指引下，他/她需要将事业部中在财务方面表现出色的操作模式推广到各营运点，并确保相同的工作流程和工具在各营运点都得到有效的实施。
Major Role & Responsibilities
？ To supervise that site data are available in quality and on time
监督营运点相关数据的准确性和及时性
？ To drive under FP and A Manager and BU Head leadership the Budget Process at agreed timelines and support the strategic planning process of the company
在财务计划分析经理和事业部管理层的指导下推进预算进程并支持企业战略计划的实施
？ Perform sales to Gross Profit costing review, investigate gaps and bring issues to the attention of BU Head and to Internal Auditing
执行销售收入成本的核查，研究分析其中的差距并将相关问题呈报事业部总监和内部审计部门
？ To ensure investment request process and procedures are respected
确保投资流程的合理
？ To perform after 6 months opening review of sites financials for forecast update
新开营运点6个月后进行财务核查
？ To drive overdue process through aging balance screening, supervision of action plans and fostering of communication with Clients and internally
以往报表进行追踪，并针对问题与客户及公司内部进行相应的沟通
？ To ensure that Assets and working capital are well under control
确保资金与资产在可控范围内正常运用
？ To ensure that UM, UC, Storekeepers and cashier are well-performing their tasks and propose training programs when appropriate
确保营运点经理、厨师长、仓库保管员及收银员正确履行工作职责并及时给予培训
？ To participate and contribute to the design and review of Sites Management Best practices, Controlling guidelines, Finance & Accounting policies, processes and procedures and ensure their respect and implementation at BU level
参与设计评估营运点管理最佳实践，控制指南，财务会计准则、流程和政策。同时确保项目的执行和反馈
任职要求：
？ 5+ years working experience in accounting or controlling
5年以上财务、会计工作经验
？ Familiar with reporting, business analysis budgeting and forecasting
熟悉总帐、会计报表、业务分析、预算管理等
？ Positive, open-minded, responsible and ambitious
积极、主动、有责任心
？ Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English
良好的沟通能力，英语佳者优先
Acting as a team member of operation controllers and financial analyst, the Operation Controller has to support the achievements of the financial and operational objectives of the Business Unit and participate to the definition of the strategy and budgets.
