1. 职位概述 Job Summary
地区招聘经理负责管理地区招聘团队,通过与劳务中介、职业学校或其他招聘机构紧密合作,致力于不断的开发、优化招聘渠道,为企业提供充足的人力资源。
Recruitment manager is responsible for managing regional recruitment team, dedicates to constantly develop, facilitate recruitment channel through cooperating with agency, college and recruitment agencies in order to provide sufficient human resources for company.

招聘管理 Recruitment | · 带领招聘团队,为营运部门提供充足的人力资源供给。提供合适的人到合适的岗位 Lead recruitment team to provide sufficient personnel to operation ensure provide right people to right position. · 与招聘专员和营运人事经理一起开拓、评估、优化各级别员工的招聘渠道 Collaborate with Area Recruiter and OHR manager to develop, evaluate and facilitate the recruitment channels. · 确保招聘专员及时,准确的向候选人收集办理入职手续所需资料 Supervise and ensure Area Recruiter collect relevant materials for enrolment in a timely manner from candidates. · 按照管理流程,指导宿舍管理员,根据候选人的情况确定宿舍的需求及供应 Following management procedures, direct dormitory administrator to quantity demanded of dormitory according to candidate’s needs. · 参与具有较高战略意义的部门开张招聘工作 Participate in opening recruitment process of high strategic site. · 参与新开部门前期招聘筹备会,提供有效招聘条件信息,确定招聘需求的可执行性 Participate in new site opening meeting for the preparatory of recruitment, provide useful recruitment requirements and ensure the enforceable of recruitment. · 组织团队收集劳动力市场的供给信息,如薪资等 Mobilize team to collect the information of labour market, such as compensation and etc. · 负责办公室或营运部门专业技能要求较高的岗位的招聘工作 Responsible for recruitment for the positions in office or operation that are required for high professional skill · 审核发布外部招聘信息 Approval and release external recruitment information. · 参与校园招聘 To participate in campus recruitment. · 对招聘费用进行合理控制 Control the recruitment cost in the region. |
Reserve Pool Management | · 负责人才储备库中一线员工的招聘工作 Accountable for the recruitment for Reserve pools (group E) in the region. Involved in the selection of the people in reserve pool in closing site situation |
团队管理 Team Management | · 带领地区招聘团队伍达成工作目标: Lead regional recruiter team to reach performance target. · 定期召开招聘专员会议,检核招聘进度 Manage regular meetings with recruiters to review the recruitment status. · 向区域招聘专员提供培训和专业建议以提高他们的招聘技巧 Train and give professional advice to area recruiters in order to improve their recruitment skills. |
工作汇报 Reporting | · 定期向上级提供相关招聘数据 Regularly report the recruitment data to RHRD. · 定期对招聘工作进行分析,提供全面准确的意见、建议 Regularly review and analyze recruitment progress and provide comprehensive and accurate comments. · 当发现任何可引发法津诉讼或者与公司规定和价值观相违背的事件,应立即向相关主管(区域总监/区域人力资源总监)汇报 Report immediately to the relevant levels (Region Director/Region HR Director) in case of event which against company rules and values or may cause any legal action. |
3.任职要求 Qualification & Requirements
- 教育背景 Education Background:
大专或以上学历 College degree or above - 工作经验 Working Experience
5 年相关工作经验,2年以上管理经验
5 years and above of related working experience with 2 years and above management experience - 专业技能 Professional skills
熟悉相关劳动法律法规
Familiar with relevant labor law and regulations
良好的面试及评估技巧
Good interview and assessment skills - 通用技能 General skills
