Job Purpose:  The Technology Development Manager’s purpose is to develop and execute technology development & support for Peake SBC/IoT products, services and solutions through:

1.Support all technical and engineering aspects of SBC partner engagement for Peake 

2.Provide in-depth technical support to Peake development boards, SBCs and customization services 

3.Advise on the technical content on Peake B2C website and communities 

4.Provide design support to Peake initiated development boards in collaboration with Peake partners 

Responsibilities

?Work closely with Peake sales team and provide all aspects of technical support to them to achieve annual sales and profit targets 

?Provide technical support to RS Apac sales and marketing team to drive SBC/IoT sales in Apac 

?Support Peake Channel Managers and provide technical support to Peake Value Added Resellers and System Integrators 

?Support the development of a global strategy in Software and Services 

?Be a key driver for the Peake software and services strategy development, partner engagement, and implementation in Asia Pacific 

?Support Peake marketing team in both online and offline marketing programs. 

?Align and collaborate with regional product managers, special supplier managers and regional commercial marketing teams on a cohesive go-to-market plan to execute the Peake Strategy 

?Ensure global ways of working and provide progress update to the senior leadership team, working to an agreed target of both sales and new customers. 

Requirement 

? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or other technical qualification 

? 5-10 years of technology business development & marketing experience in the embedded digital design process. 

? Knowledge of products, manufacturers, customers and competitors globally within the embedded digital design process 

? Strong knowledge of embedded digital design development tools (hardware and software) & familiarity with electronics design and development environment 

? Strong business development experience and demonstrated leadership in strategy development and project management
