Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1. 负责堆场整体日常工作的安排，组织实施本部门的各类经营计划、活动，完成本部门的经营目标；
2. sponsible for the daily work of deport, organize the implementation of various business plans and activities and achieve the business objectives of deport；
3. 现场管理的督导，安全生产标准化推行情况，目视化管理执行情况；
4. te management supervision, safety production standardization implementation, visual management implementation；
5. 安全生产管理，执行KPI考核制度；
6. fety production management, implementation of KPI assessment policy
7. 对下属员工进行业务技能培训和考核，提高员工素质和工作效率；
8. nduct training and assessment of business skills for subordinates to improve their quality and work efficiency;
9. 维护和发展与航运公司、码头和外包供应商的客户关系；
10. intain and develop customer relationship with shipping lines, terminals and outsourcing venders.
11. 负责仓库团队建设，跨仓库沟通及项目执行；
12. sponsible for depots team building and cross-depot communication and project execution.
13. 有效配合公司整体业务运作需求，完成上级交代的其他工作任务。
14. fectively cooperate with the company's overall business operation requirements, complete other tasks assigned by the LM.

Requirement 胜任要求 :

1. 本科及以上学历

Bachelor Degree above

2.10年以上堆场管理岗位工作经验，熟悉堆场业务操作流程优先考虑；

10+ years depot management experience with comprehensive depot knowledge

3. 良好的英语和普通话是必要条件，会第二门外语更佳

Good command of both English and Mandarin is a MUST, with 2nd foreign language even better

4. 积极，充满能量，良好的管理技能，愿意分享

Active and Energetic, Good management skill, Willing to share
