职位描述
Mission:
Implement sales and marketing strategy in East Tier1 segment. Lead, manage and develop an efficient team to achieve target revenue.
The role
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and implement strategy to achieve team targets within the assigned area;
- Monitor sales activities & results, follow up sales plan and make necessary adjustment to area sale strategy. Be responsible for area financial results
- Master the market mapping and competitor mapping within assigned area; allocate sales resources according to market mapping
- Support sales engineer in key activities, e.g. exhibition, negation, bidding, establishing contact with customer’s high levels
- Task breakdown annual sales goal to individual team member; manage and follow-up sales performance and effectiveness; improve team efficiency and overall team competency by coaching
- Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e. interview, coaching and counseling of the employees in your area
- Lead and manage key projects. Lead sales engineer to maintain relationship with high-levels of key accounts
- To establish and manage the healthy and efficient distributor network in the region if applicable
- Communicate internally with service team, marketing team and project team to smooth the sales operation
- Report accurately and timely
Skills and experience
Education
- University degree or above with engineering background
Experience - At least 5 years sales experience with 2 year experience in management role
Knowledge - Mechanical or electrical knowledge
- PC skill is a must
Skill: - Presentation skill

- Coaching skill
Language - Good English skill both in oral and written
