Principal Accountabilities:

1 Closely monitoring the status and quality of compliance programs to ensure all the compliance programs are implemented successfully;

2 Partner with team members to understand the latest business development of China operation, ensure related compliance programs are properly implemented in both HQ & branch offices and material compliance risks are identified, evaluated, controlled, reported and monitored in a timely manner;

3 Keep close communication with regional and international compliance team to let them understand the main compliance issues of China and assure timely and accurate reporting

4 Partner with team members to localize and standardize the E & C programs to ensure the consistency and efficiency;

5 Able to take on more complex projects independently and may lead project team;

6 Assist local compliance officer to perform some special projects.

7 Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Typical Minimum Experience:

- At least 6 years relevant working experience, preferably in compliance, audit, insurance operation, internal control, legal or risk management.

- Strong English communication skills in both speaking and writing

- Excellent computer skills like MS.

-  Sound knowledge in financial institution, preferably with life insurance operations.

- Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving ability

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Mature, innovative and creative

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
