Position Description职位描述：
1. Provide field service installation of Adcole gages, including start-up integration, system
test, demonstration of gage operation.
提供埃帝科检测仪的现场安装服务，包括启动设备、检测系统和现场演示。
2. Implement gage run-off test and start warranty according to a preset timeframe.
对检测仪器进行验收测试和提供质保期内的服务
3. Support the customers in users training of gage operation, programming, daily maintenance
and appropriate demonstration.
提供客户培训和现场演示，培训包括仪器操作、测量编程和日常维护
4. Conduct the efficient troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of gages already in operation.
对已在运行的检测仪器进行有效的故障排除、维修及维护
5. Respond to service call with most efficient solution.
能有效地解决服务热线中客户所遇到的问题
6. Assist sales in implementing technical exchange, answering customers’ question and
performing the demonstration on customer parts.
协助销售人员进行技术交流，解答客户问题并当场用客户的工件进行演示
7. Pursue all opportunities to quote, sell and generate revenues for the service center.
把握所有机会报价和营销，为服务中心增加销售额
8. Improve quality and customer satisfaction by participating and feeding back opportunities for
improving service.
通过参与和收集反馈信息的方式提高产品质量和客户满意度，以改进服务

Qualification任职要求：
1. Less than 35 years old, college in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
35岁以下，理工科机电专业大专以上学历。
2. At least 2 years maintenance experience in measuring instrument or machine tools, technical service experience is plus.
2年以上测量仪器或机床维修经验，有技术服务经验者优先。
3. Be able to understand mechanical blueprint and electronics circuit diagram. Knowledge of metrology and optics is an advantage.
能读懂机械制图和电路图。具备计量和光学知识基础者优先。
4. Be familiar with Windows, Office, AutoCAD and so on.
会应用Windows, Office, AutoCAD等软件。
5. At least CET-4，fluent English is plus.
英语四级以上，听说读写能力强者优先。
6. Familiar with ISO and China’s national geometric metrology standard and relevant
approaches for automotive industry is preferred
熟悉ISO和中国国家几何计量标准以及汽车工业相关知识者优先
7. Willing to travel frequently
