1. Assist to manage the company's Website, responsible for the overall design of the website, content development and maintenance, optimize the overall layout;

协助管理公司网页，负责网站的整体形象设计，内容开发及维护，美化整体布局；

2. Assist to manage the operation of official WeChat, release the updates in time, assist in it’s promotion;

协助微信公众号的运营管理，及时更新内容发布，协助推广；

3. Provide support for product promotion materials for sales, in charge of internal and external documents design and production, ensure the appropriate style and provide visual creativity, such as brochures;

为销售工作提供产品推广文件的支持，公司内外部文件的设计及制作，把控风格及提供视觉创意，如宣传册等；

4. Responsible for the collection, collation and analysis of market information, assist in the establishment and updates of internal reports and data collection to provide support to management team /business units;

负责市场信息的收集、整理与分析，协助建立及维护内部报告及数据汇总，为管理团队/业务部门提供支持；

5. Assist to establish and implement the corporate standardization management throughout all branches in China, standardize the documents and materials, ensure the guidelines efficiently followed

协助建立及落实企业标准化管理制度，标准化文件材料，确保标准化制度在全中国分公司有效执行；

6. Assist to purchase and customize the corporate goods, such as corporate shirts, corporate gifts, etc.;

采购及定制公司品牌标志的产品如文化衫，公司礼品等；

7. Assist in other assignments.

协助上级交代的其他事务。

Requirement 胜任要求 :

    

1. College or Bachelor degree, major in marketing, advertising or design

大专/本科学历，市场营销,广告或设计等相关专业

2. Proficient in English, strong ability of written Chinese and English

英语熟练，较强的中英文表达能力

3. Have a good creative concept, aesthetic and good ability of layout planning, acumen of color and visual expression

有良好的创意理念，审美和页面版式规划能力，对色彩及视觉表达有一定的敏锐度

4. Good ability of communication, execution, have strong team work spirit and detail oriented

有良好的计划、沟通、执行力，团队协作精神，注重细节

5. Proficient in Photoshop, AI, InDesign and other design software

熟练操作Photoshop、AI、InDesign等设计软件

6. Familiar with typesetting software for WeChat , excellent capabilities of Excel, PPT, Word and other office software

熟悉常规的微信公众号编辑排版软件，优秀的Excel, PPT, Word等办公软件能力
