职责描述:
1 Drive SPs and Distributors to achieve their sales targets in the given area. 引导服务商在指定的区域内完成销售任务
2 Manage SP and Distributors to develop and manage its workshop network in the responsible area. 在指定区域内发展服务商门店网络
3 Collect market information and implement various sales and promotion activities organized by the company 收集市场信息并执行公司制定的各种销售和促销活动。
4 Provide technical & business support to distributors and end-users on the application and distribution of Chevron lubricants/Products 对服务商和最终用户提供有关雪佛龙润滑油产品技术和业务支持
5 Coordination and provide necessary training to designated distributors to enable them to confidently pursue Chevron lubricant business 协调并给指定的服务商进行培训使他们有信心推广雪佛龙润滑油产品
任职要求:
1 Rich car aftermarket knowledge and experience in managing workshops through SPs or distributors.
2 Result orientated.
3 College graduate is mandatory
4 Minimum 5 years sales and associated work experiences, distributor and channel management will be plus
5 Working experience in lubricant field will be a plus
6 Solid skills and experiences on selling negotiation and communication, as well as SP coaching
7 Fluent in English and Chinese
