ERP system administration – User accounts, groups, permissions, BG queue,etc.

SQL数据库管理-索引，Jobs,维护计划等

SQL database administration – Indexes, SQL agent jobs, maintenance plans,etc.

SQL 开发- 存储过程，定制数据表，复制等

SQL development - Stored procedures, custom tables, replication, etc.

维护既有系统并设计实施新的定制化需求

Maintain existing ERP custom forms and personalization, Design and implement new custom forms and personalization

创建并维护ERP开发系统环境，用于系统变更的测试

Create and maintain a development environment for testing APARs, customizations, personalization, system changes, etc…

协助最终用户制定经验证和测试的个性化，定制化的规范

Assist end users in the creation of personalization/customization specifications to include a robust validation/testing procedure

同其它ERP相关人员合作进行评估，并实施ERP升级更新

Collaborate with ERP staff and other departments on the evaluation and implementation of new versions and modules

各部门相关人员ERP岗前培训指导，建立各岗位ERP操作指导手册

Provide training and documentation in supporting the ERPusers 

根据公司流程，处理ERP系统相关的用户支持工作

Address acute user support requests using KACE Service Desk systemaccording to established process

根据领导安排参与IT及公司其它团队的项目

Participate on IT department projects and company teams as assigned

遵守项目时间表及预算，保质保量的完成所负责的项目

Adhere to defined project timelines and budgets

Provide quality assurance for own projects

创建相应的流程文档及版本管控，记录并及时上报不规范系统操作

Create appropriate program documentation and revision control; Recording and report incompliant operations.

管理完善系统知识库

Enrich ERP maintenance knowledge base

 

任职要求：Requirements 

本科及以上学历，计算机/信息技术相关专业。

Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field

熟悉ERP系统管理开发，5-7年工作经验；或者2年CSI工作经验者优先考虑

5-7 years' experience administering and developing for ERP; or 2 years CSI experience is preferred.

有良好的沟通和语言表达能力和较强的协作功底。

Strong interpersonal communication andcollaboration skills

很强的质量意识和按时交付能力

Ability to meet tight deadlines withhigh quality requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience:

·        .NET or C# development

·        MS SQL Server design, administrationand development

·        MS SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) report development

·        Doc-Trak, DateViews and Workbenches

·        LAKE. BARTENDER for shipping label print

·        Task management and prioritizationskills

·        Good English in read/write/speak

·        PMP certificate and Infor CSI/Sytelineis preferred
