As part of our Finance team, you will work with international customers, be involved in crucial IT processes, and play a key role in ensuring financial stability of the company.

Job Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

1. Develop strong business partnering relationships with internal stakeholders in operations, finance and IT functions;
2. Facilitate operating reviews by preparing reports, decks and slides on financial performance and operating KPI (cost per man-day or report, utilization rate, report per headcount etc);
3. Work with operations to prepare P&L Budget and Rolling Forecast;
4. Track, monitor and analyze actual versus budget / forecast / prior year variances;
5. Analyze margin by business and country and provide insights on margin improvement;
6. Being Finance Business Partner to operations in business process improvement and cost optimization projects;
7. Provide finance support in capacity planning to match business growth, and simulate P&L implications;
8. Drive automation of standard operating KPI and P&L reports in Tableau or similar tools.

  

Your profile

It could be you if you have:

1. 3+ years of operational finance analysis experience in multi-national corporations, preferably in service / trading / manufacturing / FMCG industries;
2. Prior experience in business process improvement and/or cost optimization projects a plus;
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot a plus);
4. Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI / other data visualization tool a plus;
5. Excellent command of spoken and written English, and be able to communicate complex concepts in simplified manner;
6. Demonstrate strong quantitative skills and ability to roll up sleeves and dig into the details of numbers;
7. Attention to details, be able to check quality of their own work to ensure accuracy before delivery to internal customers;
8. Being customer-oriented through listening, observation and asking the right questions;
9. Fast learner and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
10. Embrace can-do attitude and be willing to take extra step forward
