职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责接待每日来访的客户和面试人员；
2.接听和转接总机电话，负责留言和转达；
3.每月考勤的统计制作，办公用品的采购和记录；
4.负责各类会务的前期准备和接待工作；
5.预定员工酒店与机票等；
任职要求：
1.形象气质佳，有良好的职业素养，亲和力强；
2.热情、耐心、细致，有良好的临场应变能力；
3.熟练掌握各类offer软件，如Excel、PPT等；
4.周末双休。
