Position Responsibilities:

工作职责

 

1. To be responsible for selling Kimberly-Clark Professional full-line workplace products in target industry of assigned area  

2. To achieve sales target in defined market through executing sales plan align with Regional Operation Plan

3.   To improve market share in target industry through effectively developing new accounts and penetrating / maintaining existing accounts

4. To identify key market opportunity and potential, initiate and implement appropriate marketing segmentation activities to strengthen competitive advantage

5. To communicate with marketing team to collect market information of industry and competiton

6. To work with capability team to develop sales tools and training material for supporting business growth

Key Skills Required:

1. Technical Skills

   工作技能：

   1. Bachelor Degree or above

   2. Minimum 3 years sales working experience

   3. Industrial B2B sales experience preferred

   4. Familiar with local industrial manufacturing market desirable

   5. Good command of both English and MS office

2. Personal Skills

   1. Integrity, diligent, independent and Self - motivated

   2. Strong interpersonal communication skill

   3. Good business acumen and planning skill

   4. Willing to work under high pressure with positive attitude

   5. Driving license
