This company is the leader in cosmetics and beauty .
In this role you will be required to lead Fragrance team to communicate with global team members, to support all the R&D departments and marketing department, to the business growing.

Responsibilities:
l Establish the professional fragrance evaluation & selecting methods .Built up Evaluation Facilities (comparable to fragrance suppliers)
l Create Brand Fragrance concept. Seeking fragrance signature for different brands.
l Evaluate fragrances for relative products with strong commercial background.
l Handle all projects for selecting fragrance for new products.,such as detergent powder, dish wash liquid, toothpaste, household products, personal care products(achieve the winning fragrance per year)
l Manage the fragrance suppliers to assign resource to relative project.
l As innovation team member, recommend product concept to marketing team for further new product development.
l Coordinating with marketing team, R&D team, Research team (Consumer Insight), Purchasing team, Quality Control team while handling projects.
l Controlling the management budget.
l Recommend fragrances to the relative products , which need to be communicate with departments;
l Establish the standard operation- process.
l Handle Fragrance Supplier Annual Meeting.
l Lead and coach evaluation team to achieve their respective projects.
